After the lingering effects of summer have brushed over us in September and October, November and December presents us with a blazing spectacle  of colours (colors). 

In this period you will find crisp bright peaceful days were the sun regularly shines. On certain days the sun also intermixes with the Autumn mists.

Often forgotten but Provence is fringed in the North by by the Haute Alps. Light early snows can fall in Autumn presenting us with a pure white back drop to the deep yellows and rusty browns.

The daily sun shine temperatures however rarely let the snow settle except for the much higher altitudes.
